DELIVERY POLICY: We aim to deliver within 45 minutes of receiving the order, although this could be up to an hour and a half during busy periods. We aim for orders placed for collection to be ready 30 minutes after the order is received but during busy periods this could be up to 1 hour.
REFUNDS POLICY: We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary to do so for any reason. In the event that we need to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel the order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business this time could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by phone.
